Dappledown House Nursery - Together we learn & grow
About Us
Dappledown is based in an original village Old school with a pony and paddock as neighbours. Pauline Morgan took over Dappledown House Nursery in 2012 and it has flourished further ever since.

We offer a warm, nurturing environment with fully trained and experienced staff. Unique stunning views as well as our large outdoor play area, enable the children to take full advantage of our countryside environment.

We are open all year round only closing over the Christmas week period and bank holidays.

Our opening hours are:

Monday - Friday 8.00am - 6.00pm
(We also open for Breakfast Club @ 7.30am if required)

At Dappledown House Nursery we believe that the first years of a child’s life are fundamentally important. These are the cornerstone years that shape a child’s future. We believe children grow, learn and develop rapidly when they receive love, warmth, care, encouragement, mental and physical stimulation and nutritious well balanced meals; with this in mind we promote:
  • A happy, fun-loving and relaxed atmosphere
  • The use of positive language and behaviour at all times
  • Dedicated, professional and highly qualified staff
  • Healthy eating
  • Equality, irrespective of gender, race, religion or disability
  • Good quality, affordable childcare.
  • Working in partnership with parents/ carers and the local community.
  • Secure and creative environment for children to develop emotionally, physically, intellectually, creatively and socially.
